Pro-Estate Solutions Estate offers daytime, evening, and weekend hours and the flexibility to schedule appointments in the borrower's home, place of business, or a more traditional office setting.

Closing Facilitation
Our centralized settlement department works with you to review the title search, and schedule the closing. One of our prequalified real estate professionals may at buyer or sellers request  attend  the closing to witness and notarize the documents.

Disbursements
Funds from the transaction  can be disbursed at our central location to allow for a secure and timely funding process.

Post-Closing Review
Post-closing review includes an audit of the executed loan documentation for completeness.
