We send a personalized questionnaire to each of our customers. This questionnaire is sent directly from our President, with each response going directly to him.

In a continuing program, Pro-Estate Solutions surveys all of our customers who buy or sell property through Pro-Estate Solutions each year.

The results speak for themselves: Over ninety-five (95%) percent of all customers who have bought or sold through Pro-Estate Solutions have a positive attitude, and are satisfied with our excellent level of service provided to them.
