Training Course
FAST TRACK
A two (2) weeks course, known in the Real Estate Industry as the leader in providing the associate with the most up to date information in all aspects of the Real Estate Sales. This course covers virtually all areas that any associate will come across. Ad writing, telephone skills, contract writing, understanding basic legal aspects of Real Estate contracts, prospecting for business, dealing with the concerns of the customer, understanding financing and be able to qualify prospects, how to best show a property to a buyer, and many more. Our associates not only come graduate with the knowledge of the business, but have the confidence to provide the consumer with the highest level of quality service. We are proud that this course develops highly professional associates. The success of our company has been based on training new associates and our commitment to their long-term success.
CONSULTIVE SELLING
In tandem with Fast track training, the associate will continue to build upon their professionalism through Consultive Selling. Through the variety of Media, Skill practices and goal setting; the new associates will develops a Action Plan that will be taken out from the classroom and used in the Real World situations. Here the associates completes their knowledge about consultive sales skills. Skill Practices include learning how to prepare a professional Portfolio and to acquaint themselves with the Marketing Guide. Associates will also learn how to market themselves to obtain listings. Consultive selling is a visionary approach to listing and selling real estate. This course is attuned to today’s market and has the potential for guiding sales associates to their success.
EFFECTIVE FINANCING
Five (5) days of the most intensive, complete and up to date course ever taught that deals with Real Estate Financing. This course covers every single area that we use in the real estate industry today! Not only will the associates understand how financing works in today’s complex marketplace, but will be able to qualify buyers quicker and better than those who do not have this course as an option to take in their career. This course will give you the ability to help many more buyers and sellers transfer their property through you, when other associates who would normally give up, you will have the financial skill and knowledge to assist them.
OPTIONAL MENTOR PROGRAM
A unique training course offered by Pro-Estate Solutions in our mentor program. This course allows the associate to work closely with an experienced associate. This is a hands on course which provides first hand experience for the new associate. Each associate is assigned to work with the experienced associate for up to (10) ten weeks, with weekly review sessions form the Sales Manager and Director of Performance Development. The associate will learn how to find buyers and sellers, and to assist them from contract to closing with the help of the other associate.
